Hi there! Welcome to our farm website!

My name is Julia and along with my parents (Brenda on the left and Jim beside me on the right) and boyfriend Haydn we run This N That The Williams' Family Farm.

We are a small farm producing pasture to plate lamb, natural and naturally dyed yarn and roving, and a variety of fruits and vegetables sustainably on fifty acres in Fort Erie, Ontario.

My parents purchased the farm in 1996 with no running water, an outhouse and not much else on the property!

During my last year in college at University of Guelph's Ridgetown Campus in 2017 we launched our farm business!  We are dedicated to providing fresh, local lamb, and fibre to customers across Ontario and Canada as transparently as possible.

Below are some introductions of us!

I run all our social media channels and the website, so if you message us you will be talking directly to me!

A couple fun facts about me:

  1.  I am a leftie

  2.  I love weaving

  3. I have my forklift license

I went to school for Agriculture as that is something I have always felt like is my calling. I love being on the farm and one of my main goals is to farm full time before I am 30!

With the support of my parents, boyfriend and customers like you, I am determined to make that happen!

Next up is Brenda or Mom as I call her!

My mom is my biggest supporter and I couldn't have made this dream possible without her.

She loves to garden and has the greenest thumb of anyone I know. She will spend hours a day in her garden and her greenhouse.

She also loves animals and is the main reason we farm sheep today!

Jim or Dad has always been a vessel of strength for me. My mom and him always wanted to move to the farm and made that dream a reality.

He is currently taking the AZ course to drive truck; something he has always wanted to do!

My dad takes care of the equipment and grain farming side of things. I am not always eager to learn about machinery but I have learned a lot from him and I will always be grateful for that!

Last but certainly not least is my amazing boyfriend Haydn! He is a recent addition but he's one of the good ones.

He never hesitates to help me out whether that is dropping everything he's doing to go and help my mom during lambing season with triplets or helping my dad bring equipment home he is always there for us and this farm and I am so lucky to have him!

I hope this gives you a glimpse into our little family and who we are. I am so glad you are here!
